About Bunny Bytes Designs

I’m Holly Springer, artist and owner of Bunny Bytes Designs. I started creating in 1973 when my grandmothers introduced me to the joys of crafting. From early on, rubber stamps were a favorite tool, and my love of stamping has grown over the years to what my husband frequently calls an obsession.

When my stash of stamps and supplies threatened to take over our small apartment, my husband, Mickey, gave me an ultimatum to get rid of some of the stamps, or try to sell some of my creations. I took up the challenge to turn my hobby into a small business in 1995, and Bunny Bytes Designs was born. In 2004 we purchased our first home and the basement was finished and put to good use with a large art studio.

Small local craft shows and the local Downtown Farmers Market are favorite venues, as well as several open houses during the holiday season. I also teach classes at local stamp and craft stores. My work has been published in Stampers Sampler, Somerset Studio, Creative Home, and Gifts from the Heart.

I share the basement with our babies, four rabbits, Dar Bunny, Will and Gracie, and Frankie and four chinchillas, Chilibean, Dewey, Cusco and Kronk. They are often the first to see my finished creations and eagerly await the opportunity to nibble on the scraps I throw their way. I also work from home in my primary occupation as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
